the conditions under which you may return products purchased from our website, request
a refund, or seek an exchange. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and handle returns

Eligibility for Returns

• Products may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. – Items must be
  unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. – Returns are
  accepted for defective or damaged items, or if the wrong item was shipped. – Customized
  or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.
  Return Process
• Contact us at support@buysellbazaar.co.za within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if damaged or
  defective). – We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and
  instructions for return shipping. – Ship the item back to us at your expense using a
  tracked shipping service. The address for returns will be provided with the RMA.
  Refunds and Exchanges
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or
  rejection of your return. – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  and credited to the original payment method. – Exchange requests are subject to product
  availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead. – Shipping costs
  are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  Non-Returnable Items
• Items returned after the 30-day period. – Products that are damaged due to misuse or
  improper handling. – Perishable goods (e.g., food items) unless defective upon delivery.

• Returns from outside South Africa are accepted under the same conditions, but customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees. – We recommend
