🔵 For Sellers

Go to the Post Item page, fill in your product details, and click submit. Your ad will be reviewed and published upon approval.
Visit the Bulk Product Upload page. Download the template, upload your images, insert the image URLs into the spreadsheet, and upload your file. Each row will become a pending product listing.
Use the uploader on the Bulk Upload page. After uploading, you'll receive image links. Copy each URL into the Image URL column in your spreadsheet.
The system will highlight which rows failed and provide specific errors. You can fix the spreadsheet and re-upload.
Go to My Account → 'My Products'. You can edit pending products or submit update requests for live listings.
Usually within 24–48 hours. You'll be notified once approved or rejected.
No, listing is free. We charge a 10% commission only when your item sells.

🟢 For Buyers

Go to any product page, click 'Add to Cart' or 'Buy Now', and follow the checkout steps.
We support secure payments via PayFast (Card, EFT, SnapScan).
Yes. If the seller offers pickup, the product page will show the pickup details including day, time, and address.
Shipping is handled by Courier Guy or another courier. Pickup is arranged from the seller. Tracking is provided once dispatched.
Log into My Account, go to 'Orders', and check tracking and order status.
Yes. You may return eligible items within 30 days. See our Return Policy page for full details.
After login, use the 'My Account' dashboard for messaging or call if the seller has enabled phone contact.
